More Angel and Buffy memes
Apr. 2nd, 2004 07:02 amStarlit is one of my other nicknames. I couldn't get any results I liked with skie or skieblue.
This was just too weird not to post. And, yes, I am aware I used my yahoo id rather than my lj name.
Um, I don't really feel like explaining why I'm posting this meme. Although, Julina is probably the name I would use if I created an original character, which is what a Mary Sue, really is. But, I wouldn't make her have a romance with another girl, especially one who's name I can't even look at.

Apr. 2nd, 2004 03:37 pmOkay. Here's the next part of the story of how I got into Buffy and Angel. Assuming that game I talked about yesterday, really had anything to do with my getting into the series.
My next exposure to the series came shortly after I'd moved from Lake County to Pasco County in Florida. I can't remember an exact date, or much of an exact circumstance. I do remember, someone in my creative writing class making a comment about Angel, and I remember misunderstanding the comment and replying in a a way that made it seem like I'd watched the show. I remember a reference to Buffy in one of the Midnight Louie Mysteries. Neither of those exposures affected me that much though.
Anyway, shortly after these events, I checked some Buffy books out from the Hugh Embry Library in Dade City and looked through them. I can't remember what the books were now. One was the novelization of the series premiere, but other than that, I don't know. And I didn't understand enough to get into the series. I think this was March or April of 2001. The comment in creative writing class was made in February, I remember that much for sure.
And, in this post, I am also introducing a new icon. This is another one of the icons I got from Pretty Pieces of Paper.
Now, I need to go out and by some soda.

Apr. 2nd, 2004 04:35 pmHere's an Angel episode I never want to see. Oh, and my icon, which has nothing to do with Angel, is from a site I can't remember the address of. I'll credit next time I use an icon from the site.
I am terribly afraid that Wesley will die in the series finale. I've already lost one favorite character this year. I don't want to lose Wesley. It was bad enough ( Cut for spoilers for the A&E Hornblower movies )
